Elvis In Alabama - The Last Double Date (FTD, 2015)
No answers. This is a blog for the privileged few, close friends. Completely useless. Elvis would be the first to disagree with you, you may have many albums but you haven't understood anything about his person, his legendary generosity. It's Christmas time people: SHARE!
Dear 'Anonymous' For your information, we do SHARE. I emphasis the word 'SHARE'. We have had too many people take everything and give nothing in return. We have nearly lost this blog before, many times, to people who are simply out to hurt, which is why it's members only. Look at how many public blogs have gone this year. If you have something to share then contact the KIF and ask to be a member. If/when that happens, you'll appreciate that this blog is certainly NOT useless. Happy Christmas ps: You posted 'anonymously'- is this to hide your identity? Get the point?
Dear AlohaEagles, I'm anonymous because I don't have a google account and I have nothing to hide. I'm just one of the millions of Elvis' fans, my name is superfluous. Why put an email address if you're not going to bother answering it? I'm sorry but I strongly disagree. What if I have nothing to offer in return? Not everyone have rarities. There are people like me with low economic means, and all they want is being able to listen to the recordings of their favorite artist. FTDs cost a fortune. So we should give for the sake of it, without expecting anything in return, not necessarily. Because it's not always possible. Happy Christmas
Dear 'Anonymous' In reply to your post, Without knowing who you are I have no way of knowing if you have ever written to me (though I can assure you that I have replied to every email that I have received with regards to this blog). Secondly, please don't confuse me with TKIF - I have absolutely no control in the running of this blog. Thirdly, who said anything about only rarities being available or wanted? You quote having 'Low economic means'.. buddy, you have no idea of my personal circumstances. I don't have low economic means at the moment - I have NO economic means! What I have shared are things that I've amassed over the years. Nothing special or rare. Please consider these things when posting anywhere. We're not all rich-kids with cash to spare as you seem to think we are. If you're having trouble finding items that you want elsewhere, it's because people are tired of others 'taking' and NEVER giving anything. It can take hours putting together something to share (putting aside their initial costs), so why is it unreasonable to request that everyone shares something - would you have it that only the 'few' spend their hard earned cash and do all the work for the benefit of the majority? It's only through sharing that groups like ours can survive. So, in conclusion I would say that if you would like to be part of a (may I say) GREAT group, then please contact TKIF for membership details. If you are just after taking titles for yourself, then there are other sites available.. somewhere. Regards AlohaEagles
